Special Notice
Board of Directors ANNUAL Meeting - Friday February 24th, 2012 at 5 pm AZ time.
The purpose of this meeting will be to elect two (2) Members to the Board of Directors. There are currently two (2) Director's terms open for a 3-year term. Even though at this time, there is no one currently running for the two empty seats on the Board, it is imperative that you return your ballot so that we can make quorum and officially hold the meeting. Location: The Clubhouse. Call in: 888-617-3400, Passcode 351937. We hope to see you all at the meeting!

If you cannot attend the meeting, please ensure you have executed your Absentee Ballot and either mail it, using the enclosed self-addressed envelope, to The Village at Carefree Condominium Association, Inc., 4645 E. Cotton Gin Loop, Phoenix, AZ 85040; fax it to (602) 437-4770 or email a scanned signed copy to tbunnell@cityproperty.com.

(Note: We will not have a meeting in January due to the Annual Meeting).

If you mail your completed form/payment with a postmark by January 20, we can reinstate your participation with Cox. The Annual Meeting of The Village at Carefree Condominium Association, Inc. will be held on Friday, the 24th day of February, 2012 at 5:00 PM at the following location:
Clubhouse
Check-in will commence at 4:45 PM and Meeting will begin promptly at 5:00 PM.
The purpose of this meeting will be to elect two (2) Members to the Board of Directors. There are currently two (2) Director's terms open for a 3-year term.

Please note there may be nominations taken from the floor at the meeting and, if you choose to vote by Absentee Ballot, you will not be able to vote for those nominees at the meeting. We encourage you to attend and vote at the meeting.
As a member of record of The Village at Carefree Condominium Association, Inc., it is imperative that you either attend the meeting or mail your absentee ballot to the Association so there is a quorum represented so that we can conduct official business.
The quorum requirement is 25% of homeowners, present at the meeting or via Absentee Ballot, eligible to vote.
If you cannot attend the meeting, please ensure you have executed your Absentee Ballot and either mail it, using the enclosed self-addressed envelope, to The Village at Carefree Condominium Association, Inc., 4645 E. Please note Absentee Ballots received at the meeting are invalid. All owners who attend the meeting, and who have not voted via Absentee Ballot, will receive a meeting ballot to use for voting at the meeting.
Absentee Ballots must be received no later than 5:00 PM on Thursday, February 23, 2012.
Absentee Ballots received after this date will not be valid. If you choose to mail in your Absentee Ballot, please take into consideration time for mailing. If you vote by Absentee Ballot and attend the meeting, you will not be able to vote at the meeting.

Due to lack of quorum, the Annual Meeting is being rescheduled for February 24, 2012 at 5:00 p.m. in the Clubhouse.
It is imperative that you return your absentee ballot to count towards quorum. We do understand that even though there are no candidates to vote for, the ballot still applies toward quorum.

Spa - Out of Order again - Repair Tomorrow
